Right heres mine:
My creature is a random blob shape to begin with. Its skin (Which is human flesh colour with a green-ish tinge ) is covered in a slimy colourless mucus that once touched you cant get away from its grip. The mucus is a mix of a layer of mucus and mould that has gathered over time and vomit. The creature vomits all over itself through little sacks all over the skin. The creature does this to help with movement, and so once you have touched this you are slowly absorbed and some of your features appear on it's body. The mucus mix has a very distinctive smell of wet dog but a dog that has been rolling round in very dirty water. So ghostly indents of faces appear on its body also the more it absorbs the more mobile it gets for example it will gain more human legs the more humans it absorbs giving it the ability to run at higher speeds compared to it's original sluggish crawl. It doesnt only obsorb humans either. If its fellow specimens get into it's way they are absorbed too. So thats gonna have a helluva lot of clot arms!. When this creature is in it's first form it can move on any surface which means it is sneaky. The sound of it depeneds on how many individuals it has absorbed the screams of the dead are deafening at later stages but in the beggining it moves with quite, muffled groans. Once you have touched the beast theres only one way out to prolong your life and that is to remove the limb that has made contact with the creature.

When the creature is nearly dead it under goes another transformation. All of the bodies it has absorbed are shot out of it's back but they no longer look even remotely humanoid. the creature turns into a large leech like worm with those pretty damn awfull suction cups that octopuses have on they're tenticles. It now appears a black colour up close but at distance it looks pink because of these cups. This form is very weak but it absorbs people alot faster and shoots them out straight away. It regains health each time it does this so you need to take it out fast. In this form the creature sounds like a facehugger with the squeaks and squeals it makes as it move around the map very quickly. When it dies the creature lets out a large howl similar to that of the siren that can make your brain pop like a can of pringles! The creatures smell completely changes and it has the metallically smell of blood.

By the way i may keep expanding on this so keep checking back! I also do not wish to use pictures to keep mine original thank you!

Remember the theme from Killing Floor everybody. Its not about zombies and gouls. Its about genetic experiments on humans. Try and elaborate on that subject instead of thinking about the most gross zombie/specimen ever thought of. GanChan came very close, but it needs more backstory. Why did they bind the axes to his arms, is it because of some kind of army experiment to create the ultimate soldier?

When you think up a creature try and fallback to why its this way. Like I did with the alien species I created :

Its not perfect, but my idea was the facehugger attaches itself underneath the neck of the creature and nestles its fingers in the skull of the alien. When the alien is killed it will have another chance to reproduce because the facehugger is triggered once the life sines end on the alien. Its a way to keep the race alive, since the alien is all about survival. You can expect some crazy firefights between marines and aliens when they dont know what to shoot first. The facehugger is also protected by any danger because the head of the alien gets the first blow.

COMPETING IDEA

Ok, so bearing in mind the "expirement" concept:

A human with mild telepathic abilities, geared towards danger sense, has gone dreadfully wrong. He has steel plates grafted to his arms and back, and will instantly hunch into a ball if anyone focuses on him. (I.E. no aimed shots, keep sights down or he becomes invulnerable) once spotted, even for a second, he will stay immobile until such time as his prey turns their backs, and will begin approaching again. His reflexes are incredible, and his strength, along with the weight and hardness of his iron-clad hands, make him formidable in close combat. He moves with almost impossible speed towards unwary enemies, closing in seconds.
